We stayed at this hotel 08/26/23-08/27/23 and during our stay there we several concerns. I have already filed a complaint with booking.com, the merchant we purchased the stay from, and they were unable to assist. I have left a review that I was not followed up with and that is as follows: The room's hvac door was unhinged on the oneside, the tub was slow draining and clogged, the bathrooms just looked filthy as did the facilities throughout the “resort”. the carpet isn’t even cut and laid in the hallways. the lady up front with the glasses and grey hair wasn’t helpful and dismissive. I felt like I was talking to someone who didn’t know what they were doing. I asked if I could leave my cooler up front for ice and she said she didn’t know how long it would be before it would be filled I said okay well can I just set it up here and come back and check? and she said “Yeah (shrugging her shoulders), someone might come and get it, I don’t know” and moved on to the next guest. my key cards didn’t work when I first got there either, had to go down and get another set, and then of course only one of those worked. I didn’t even bother at that point. The weatherstripping metro piece at our door had a huge piece missing as well.“ The way this place is advertised as a resort/hotel-type stay is beyond me. The cleanliness of not only the inside but lack of care of the outside of the building as well. There are large safety concerns with the piece of metal missing from my door and hygiene concerns with the clogging of the tub. This is unacceptable and I feel we deserve a refund for these inconveniences.
