              We had a home inspection done which reported that we had a primary heater with a pump in our attic. I gave birth to my premie son 11/5 and came home to a freezing house, my heat did not work. Home warranty company sent out contract who advised house did not have a primary heater or heat pump. The back up was in the attic. We have been running the back up and space heaters for a month. The inspection company who made an incorrect report which influenced our buy is dropping the ball. I have been contacting them for the past three days to no avail. My husband is deployed and I am home with a toddler and premie newborn in a house which maxes heat at 60degrees. To replace out of pocket is **** not to mention what my ******** bill will be because I have been running back up emergency heat for a month. I need help and want the inspection company to own its mistake. I purchased this home largely because of the clear inspection and no large repairs (all minor repairs were corrected by seller).

              We just used Quality Home Inspection on the new property that we purchased and we are very pleased with the job this company had performed. April, our home inspector was so detailed oriented that she checked and reported even the tiniest flaws/repairs/damage to our property. If I can only give her 100 stars I will! Woman owned, small business and extremely professional!
