On November 14 I took my car in for an oil change when I left my car started smoking and my check engine and battery light came on. I am mediately returned spoke with a manager *****, who looked into it and stated when he spoke to service. The technician had not properly tightened the filter which caused the leak And he had them redo everything. He refunded me my money when I left after that my car is now shaking. I am now being told that I need to return and pay *** to have it. Diagnose because oil change would not make it shake. This is very negligent. Anything could've happened to me and now I am being told that I have to return and spend more money to check to find out what is going wrong with it. ***** also told me that if it's something they did, I wouldn't have to pay, but why do I have to pay anything when this was not previously going on at all, your technician was already negligent once who is to say he was not negligent a second time all I want is my car to be fixed it shakes once I get to 40 mph. It was not shaking prior to them touching my vehicle nor was it shaking when I left the first time and it was smoking, and the lights were on . They need to make this right, but I am also scared to even allow them to touch my car. As every time they do something goes wrong. I believe they are trying to get money out of people and they have an experience people working on cars. When **** prass gave me an overview of what was going on with my car, they never said anything was going on with my engine so why was I told this by a sales associate and now why are you wanted me to come back in and spend money?
