    I contacted Chevy's customer service line to have my vehicle serviced and three representatives stated that the first available appointment would be 09.14.2022 at First Honda for my Chevy ******** The representatives stated that it would not be an issue and that I could have my car towed there directly to be serviced. I had the car towed from by insurance company to the dealership. On the day of the appointment, I am informed by the Business Development Manager Hailey that it was scheduled/ towed to the wrong location and that they could do nothing to reimburse me for the tow. Hailey verbalized that she would handle the situation "internally" but offered no resolution of how it could be resolved. I feel the irresponsibility of how they handled the situation and offered no consideration or remorse in handling the situation was dismal and a poor representation of Chevrolet and their dealership. It was the scheduling department's fluke and it should have been handled accordingly to assist the customer. Just feel that more customer service resolution tactics needs to be implemented by supervisory staff.

    On March 15, 2023 I took my vehicle in for oil change and state inspection. This was the 5 year I’ve had the car and only put 14.000 miles on it in 5 years. When doing the state inspection they called me to say ‘did I know my wipers didn’t work? I said thats not correct because everything was working properly when I brought it in. I told them to put the rejection sticker on and I would be there to pick the car up. Once I returned home and began to check the wipers out. Lo and behold the bolt/nut that holds the wipers to the car was loosened and I could take them off by turning them with my fingers. They had unscrewed the bolt hoping I didn’t know any better and giving them the go ahead to repair whatever they would I needed such as a motor for the wipers. I went back to first team Honda and spoke with the service manger and he fumbled around with his words trying to justify the technicians. Car was sent back through and got a current sticker. Free oil change and state inspection doesn’t always mean that. These practices can be costly and alarming with the unscrupulous practices that these company’s are doing. They seem to take advantage of women doing business alone. Be careful when doing business with this company as well as any other. They have lost my business for ever. I will never return there for anything.
