I have rented from them for 3 years. I would not recommend them. They are impersonal and do not take care of things promptly. I had a hole in my living room ceiling for almost a year before they "patched it up" and when they did, they did not paint it. My laundry closet doors were permanently stained and they NEVER repaired them. My outside shed had nearly collapsed and they left my personal belongings out in the elements for two weeks under a flimsy tar mat before installing a new shed. My kitchen window literally fell out and it took months (due to COVID) to get new windows which I understand, however, when the man installed the new windows he installed them over my security camera, embedding it into the installation so I could not retrieve it. The townhouse was infested with roaches in which I had to treat the home several times. I had carpet tacks sticking out of my carpet and I had to put several layers of duct tape over it so we would not get hurt. It took them FOREVER TO REPAIR THAT. When the refrigerator broke (which I told them several times) and my backyard fence broke, they told me they could only afford to fix one item. I ended up purchasing my own refrigerator. Mailey ********-****** is rude to the point I submitted a letter to them expressing concerns about my human rights being violated. They did not reimbuse me for the agreed upon new sink installation which improved the value of this townhouse as they are now renting for **** more. On top of that, they only gave me *** of my security deposit back, which I was unable to accompany them to the move-out walk-through due to my work schedule. They are not a good property management company and I would not refer them to ANYONE..............
