Business Response: Dear Sir:
We are in receipt of your letter dated February **, 2013, regarding the complaint filed against The Mines Press, Inc. by our customer, ***** ******. An investigation into his complaint was initiated and it was determined that *** ****** was billed
$25.00 for graphic services performed by our Prepress Department
On August **, 2012, *** ****** placed an order on The Mines Press website for 1,000 Policy Labels. This order required typesetting and proofreading of the  imprint. *** ****** was provided with an emailed proof per his request on August **, 2012. When he didn't respond to the emailed proof, a PDF of the proof was emailed to him on September **, 2012. Three courtesy calls were subsequently placed to *** ******'s office reminding him of his open order and proof. Although *** ****** was billed in accordance to Mines Press' published  cancellation policies, as a gesture of goodwill, we will be issuing a credit to *** ****** for the$25.00.
