Complaint: I placed an order on ********** on Oct **, 2013 for a batman shirt. The shirt was $23 and I paid $35.99 for next day shipping. Under the shipping policy, it clearly states that I would receive this item within 24 hours if paying $35.99. I returned the item because I received this item on oct ** after 5pm and it was to late. I called the company and the first call, I was told that there was nothing they could do however the $23 was refunded but they wouldn't refund shipping. I was told about a policy that if the order was placed after noon, then it would be two days. There is nothing on ******** shipping to state that there is a noon deadline to get your orders within the 24 hour timeframe. The second time I called, I insisted that I talk to a supervisor and was told that I was talking to a supervisor and she was clearly lying. She was the same employee I talked to the first time.

Desired Settlement: I would like my shipping refunded for $35.99. I did not receive this item within 24 hours.

The item was delivered to you by the delivery date noted on the ****** order, which is October ****. I am not sure why this is a valid complaint and we are actually working with ****** to get this feedback removed from our account since it was incorrectly posted.

We delivered the product you ordered, in the timeframe promised. We also fully reimbursed you for the product purchased. Im not sure what else can be done.

 As stated in your shipping policy, I placed my order on Oct**** and paid over $50 to have this item shipped to me within 24 hours. There was nothing to state on the website that there was a 4pm cutoff for 24 hour shipping.  I would like a refund for the 24 hour shipping cost that I paid.  Also, I am working with ****** also and I have been assured that the negative comment that I posted would not be removed.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# *******, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

On oct ****, 2013, I placed an order through ****** for 2 novelty shirts for Halloween and paid for overnight shipping.  I received 1out of the 2 ordered on Oct ****.  I paid for overnight delivery for both orders.  The order I placed with you was the only one that I didn't get on Oct ****.  I have reviewed the shipping policy through ****** and there is no order time deadline for overnight delivery. When I called your company to request a refund for my item along with the shipping, the person I spoke with informed me of a policy that didn't exist through ******, in which that is where I purchased this item. Then I ask for a manager and she informs that the she was the manager, which was not the truth.  I returned this item, therefore you refunded the item cost. You did not deliver this item on time as I paid for overnight shipping and I believe that I am owed a refund for this shipping.  I have included below the order that I place the same time I placed that order with you.  I received this item, however I didn't receive the order I placed with you until Oct **** at noon, which was to late.  This item was not delivered within the overnight delivery timeframe that I paid for.  Your also not being honest that ****** removed the comments that I made about your company as I reference to this problem.  I have also attached the comments below.

I received another notice from customer regarding the same complaint ID.


I have no new information to add. Customer should know that the person she spoke to, ****, is the manager. She was telling the truth. Also, she states that we aren’t being honest about ****** removing her comments – we never made such a claim.


The item was ordered after the deadline on Oct ****, around 4pm. It was shipped within the timeframe promised by ****** which is Oct **** and received the **** of Oct. This is directly from ******:

She submitted the same complaint to ****** and they decided in our favor for a reason. There will be no refund for shipping made.
