Consumer complaints to the BBB have alleged that this firm engages in a number of deceptive business tactics including, contracting with customers for a certain credit card machine model, but providing an inferior model; altering customer contracts without their consent; refusing to provide a copy of the contract to customers; and continuing to withdraw funds from consumer accounts after the consumer cancelled the contract due to the faulty equipment. Consumers have also complained that their accounts are not credited for transactions for up to 95 days.
