            Transaction date: march 29, 2023 Petri plumbing came to my tenants apartment to fix a leaky faucet. There are several severely shady practices: 1- The plumber did not provide a quote to the landlord (myself) in advance. 2- the invoice (paid by the tenant ***************************) does not provide a breakdown of materials and labor separately but clumps all items together. So it is impossible to determine what Im paying for 3- the amount charged ( $865.71) is incompressible. ***** at petri plumbing stated that the plumber providing the the service was there from 10:18-11:18 AM (1 hour); that service plus one chrome single handle faucet should not cost that much. This is highway robbery. I request the following adjustment : $150 for the faucet *********** price) $72 for the hour service (average labor cost for *** plumber according to the ****** of ***** Statistics)TOTAL: $222

            After explaining my plumbing issue with as much detail as possible, both verbally and via email, the quotes that the company kept giving me were either to expensive, or only exploratory when there was a clear issue of a clogged pipe. I did. Not want to have to pay a lot of money for something I didnt need. Then when I asked for a simple pipe snaking, they deliberately ignored the detailed email and said they would come and do the job. I was finally quotes something reasonable, but with a misleading job quote, and when I finally had the worker ready to fix my issue, I was bait and switched to pay more than I anticipated. No matter the emergency, Ill never use this company again.
