BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning merchandise bought from Cautivadora, especially those who bought a Living Social Deal to use with the company. Consumers are complaining to BBB alleging that the items (travel/foldable hammock) that they purchased from Cautivadora using a Living Social offer have not been received. Some consumers report receiving shipping notifications, and others say they are charged for shipping directly from Cautivadora but still receive no merchandise. Many consumers say they are unsuccessful in getting a response from the company about status of their order, despite multiple attempts.
