              3/7/22- Bay performed a tune up on my oil burner. I was told I have no oil and the technician shut down my burner. Told me to call the office to schedule a delivery. They told me they would not deliver oil until I paid a past due balance. I paid half and they agreed to bring me 50 gallons and restart the burner. After that was done I cancelled my contract because of the way I was treated. Called Slomins and they came to fill the tank at a fraction of the price and it took only 62 gallons to fill the tank which means with Bay fuels 50 and Slomins 62 it only took 112 gallons to fill. My tank holds 275 gallons so I was not empty and they shut my heat down in the freezing cold NY winter (family of 5 with 3 little kids) and lied to me in order to get me to pay the ****. Now they are coming after me for the remaining balance and I told them that since they intentionally did direct harm to me and my family I will not be paying the balance. I am seeking legal counsel to pursue criminal charges.

              I have used ******** for years now . They are polite from the office staff to the truck drivers. I once ordered 200 gallons of fuel and left the money out for them. I didn't realize my tank didn't take the whole amount until I ordered the next time and was told that I had a credit from the previous order. They also honored the original price even though my tank did not take it all. The company is also consistently one of lowest prices around. For me it doesn't pay to maybe save 5 cents and not know the quality, ethics, honesty and customer service of the ********************** I am dealing with. This review was unsolicited and is real.
