Refund and Exchange PolicyYext offers service by way of annual subscription. All subscriptions are set for automatic renewal. All clients receive an email 30 days prior to renewal notifying them of the end of their subscription term. A client may cancel their service from within their account at any time and this will turn off the renewal. Should client desire a refund, they may contact Yext and their service will be terminated immediately and they will received a pro-rated refund for the unused portion on their subscription.
