            In May 2021, I completed a paid market research project with Probe Market Research, which paid a total of $150. I completed the project in it's entirety. I was provided the $150 on a virtual **** gift issued by ********************** I used the virtual card to make a purchase which totaled $132.30. I submit a return for the items purchased and the vendor issued a full refund of the items. The refund was issued on 6/18/2021. However, to this date I have yet to receive the refund. I have followed up with the vendor and they confirmed the refund was completed and accepted by the financial institution. I have reached out to Probe Market Research and ********************* multiple times and they are indicating that they have not received a refund. I am requesting that I am refunded the $132.30, as well as receive my remaining balance of $17.70 via an alternative payment method.

            I wish I did my research before I participated in their study. . I completed my last visit yesterday. They are now giving me the run around about my last payment. My advice to other people is dont deal with them period. They are full of bs.

            Hi,We're sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your experience with payment! For all 5 of your visits to our client's ******* location, you were paid promptly within the promised time frame - either same day or next day. Following your last visit, payment went out a couple of hours later that normal (but still the next day) as we had to wait on our client to give us the go-ahead. Again, your payment was still issued within the time that was promised.
