If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund, though we'd certainly hate to see you go!  Please make sure your Karma is in the same condition, clean and scratch-free, just as received.  The original box is not mandatory for return, but please be sure to include the charging cable we provided.  To make life easier for you, we've created this simple, easy to use Self Service Refund Center.  If you are ready, you can go ahead and head there.  Items to keep in mind: All refund requests must be made within forty five (45) days of the date your Karma is delivered.  We believe this is the perfect amount of time.Return labels are already pre-paid.  No need to worry about any extra charges!Unfortunately, we're not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit when being returned to us.  Refunds are issued based on the payment method that was used at the time of your purchase.  We are not able to issue the refund on any other card or payment method.For our return shipping, we use Fedex Ground.  This normally takes 5 - 7 business days to arrive to us. All returns are inspected within 1 business day.  The full refund is issued after your return package is cleared by our lovely distribution center. It may take 2-3 business days after this for the refund to display on your credit card statement.
