Items to keep in mind: All refund requests must be made within forty five (45) days of the date your Karma is delivered. We believe this is the perfect amount of time.Return labels are already pre-paid. No need to worry about any extra charges!Unfortunately, we're not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit when being returned to us. Refunds are issued based on the payment method that was used at the time of your purchase. We are not able to issue the refund on any other card or payment method.For our return shipping, we use Fedex Ground. This normally takes 5 - 7 business days to arrive to us. All returns are inspected within 1 business day. The full refund is issued after your return package is cleared by our lovely distribution center. It may take 2-3 business days after this for the refund to display on your credit card statement.
