I had a very poor experience with LFL. I had to download various apps in order to communicate with my coach, who by the way, was getting clients added by the day and seemed overwhelmed. There were so many layers to how you communicate, how you receive and complete workouts, how you send measurements, how you log, how you eat. It was a complicated and taxing system. I didnt realize how complicated it was until I started a new program which was so simple and clear it immediately validated my gut intuition about LFL.I wasted hundreds of dollars on this program. And you have to pay out of the program isnt a good fit and you wish to stop. The day I was charged hundreds of dollars to leave the program, I so robbed and angry, and taken advantage of. None of it had anything to do with health and improved quality of life!If you have a lot of time and dont require support to sift through all the requirements and figure out workouts by yourself (they send them, but its on you study them, internalize them and figure them out), then this program would be a better fit.LFL needs to do a more professional job about making sure their program is a good fit for the people they are taking money from. Again, I felt under supported and taken advantage of. I felt sorry for my coach because I have no idea how she was managing the quantity of clients she was given (you are notified every time someone new joins your group). I personally had a terrible experience, though LFL walked away with hundreds of dollars from me. I am a teacher, so it hit me hard.
