On November 15 2021 I made a payment of $400 to pack a barrel via western union money transfer. This payment was sent to ******************************* (Pack a Barrel instructed me to do this as the company's ****** account and bank account were closed. This payment was to pack and ship an industrial box He stated that the package was packed and ready to go and rushed me to make payment so he could ship the following day Nov 16, 2021. Ever since I've called and messaged countless times he occasionally answered and gave an excuse about being busy. He later told me he was currently shipping my item. After I could get him I called the shipping company (****** Shipping they told me, they didn't get any package from him and a few others called about the same thing). Dec 10th was the last day anyone answered my calls. They started declining the call. (screenshots will be provided).I have tried my best to reach out to pack a barrel I call multiple times daily and I'm sure they see my text. They are declining every call and I really need help.On December 20 I asked ****** Shipping to attempt to pick up from Packabarrel they were partially successful, *********************************/ Norcliffe *********** did not pay the shipping cost even though he got the money from me. He did give the shipping company the other items that couldn't hold in the container. It's almost feb 2022 he reads my messages and hasn't replied, rejects my calls. I would like a refund of the shipping cost and the cost for the items they are withholding. Or make payment to ****** Shipping and allow me to attempt returning the item they still have and if I'm unable to return it because it's been so long they should pay for the items. Called from a *** area code earlier this month and he answered, he started telling me he was new and in training, I said to I know I spoke to you he then stated he thought "king" paid for the shipping, I should call him.
