Consumers have filed complaints with BBB alleging that the furniture they purchased from Coleman Furniture was delivered damaged, defective, or of poor quality, so that repairs were needed almost immediately. Some consumers reported that Coleman representatives told them that repairs can be done for an additional fee. Many of the consumers who requested a refund instead of repairs said that company representatives told them that any refund would be reduced by a 25% restocking fee.
