            My daughter used her birthday money to order a refurbished iPad. It was delivered a day early but there was nothing in the box. After calling Walmart.com they said they had contacted the seller and they should reach out to me in 48 hours if not they would refund my money. Called back after 5 days since I didn't hear from the other company and they said I should contact the carrier or my financial institution. My daughter deserves her money back!

            SHADY COMPANY. I purchased an Apple Watch SE from Kiss Electronics (through Amazon) 2/26/24 and received it 2/27/24. Upon receiving the watch it was completely dead so I had to charge it. After charging the device and I got it turned on the device already had a wallpaper on it and asked me for a passcode. It just shows me that the seller doesn't care about their end user and that they DEFINITELY do not check their devices before sending it to the end user (which they claim to do). Seems like this seller is just re-selling stolen devices. BUYER BEWARE. Do not purchase from this shady company! And even more conveniently upon contacting Amazon to try and get a replacement - the seller doesn't allow replacements through Amazon - I wonder why that is? I be it's because they don't want Amazon to see the stolen devices and shady business they are doing. I'm going through Amazon for my refund and will be sure to NEVER buy ANYTHING from this company again and I suggest you do the same. STRAY AWAY!!!!!
