Complaint: Buyers Remorse -- We called Fetzer Elecric to fix problem with our four kitchen High Hat fixtures. We could not keep a light bulb in one particular fixture as it would cause the other three High Hats in kitchen to go out. The electrician examined that one fixture and replaced it saying he didn't really see anything wrong other than it had one wire that indicated some darkening. We were charged for the new fixture and for his labor to change this fixture. Electrician took over 50 minutes to complete this. However, after three or so uses this newly replaced fixture blew the light blub and also blew the blub in a second fixture. When we notified him of the problem we were told he would charge us on an hourly basis ($110.00)once again to return to fix this same fixture. When pressed for a dollar amount he estimated at least two hours to check wires in all four fixtures. Initially, we needed an electrician to fix problem not just change the fixture -- we could have done that. (Also want to note for the record - On the first visit the electrician charged us $660.00 for the 6 hours he took just to hook up two electric baseboard heaters and a thermostat that replaced the two we had already removed. (6 hours is extremely lengthy for an experienced electrician)

Desired Settlement: Would like to be reimbursed for the amount paid to have a professional fix a problem with the High Hats in our kitchen. The newly replaced High Hat that still doesn't work in addition to a second High Hat that now does not work. Would like to be reimbursed for amount charged for both the one hour labor and the charge for High Hat. One hour labor $110.00 and $15.00 for High Hat.
