In the month of July 2023 I went into Ferrari Driving School. I bought a package that included 5 classes, the date for the road test and the car for the road test for my daughter. I paid an extra $50 so that she would be picked up for driving ******s at her residence instead of the driving school.($800) After the deal was done and I paid in full the package my daughter started to make appointments for her driving ******s. At this time problems started to occur. For the 3 appointment she had no problem besides that she had to change the instructor who wasn't teaching her anything. Then for the 4th appointment ******* from the *************** insisted that the address was too far and that she needed to change it. She also said that if she didn't change the address that she would have to pay an extra $20. My daughter changed it to my mothers address. At this point my daughter just told me what was going on. I was never informed the address was too far the day I bought the package. As I stated before I had already been charged an extra $50 which meant that for every driving ****** they had to pick up my daughter at her address it was an additional $10. I had to go in person and complain about this problem because it was non-stop every time my daughter called to make an appointment that they were trying to charge her extra money. At one point my daughter changed the address to my mother's address. It was not what my daughter wanted because that meant that she would have to wake up early take 3 bus to get to that location to make it on time to a driving ******. The 5th appointment she met the instructor at the Steinway location. I saw the owner ******* and he over heard me complaining. So he gave my daughter an extra 30min of driving for her last ******. But the pick up location was at Steinway and this is not what was supposed to happen. She was supposed to pick up be picked up at her location. 2 days before the road test my daughter was informed by her instructor ******* that she had to be at the Astoria location. ******* instructed her to drive to the location . He pointed to the parking lot of Ferrari Driving School in Astoria and he proceeded to tell her that that's where she had to be in the morning of her road test at 11:00 a.m. Just to confirm she also called Ferrari Driving School on Steinway and the man who she spoke with over the phone also told her it was at the Astoria location at the other Ferrari Driving School. On the day of the road test we got to the location at 9:30 am and she was supposed to be there at 11:00 a.m. We got there extra early because ******* the instructor had told her that if she arrived early she can practice driving a little more before the road test. When we got to the Astoria location nobody was there. We went inside Ferrari Driving School in Astoria where we saw one man in the office. His name was OZ. My daughter told him that she was told to be there for her driving exam and he said , let me call the main office to see what's going on. He called the Steinway location and got my daughter's name.The *************** told ** my daughter was at the wrong location. That she had to be in Maspeth. I had to call my job and take off the entire day because of Ferrari driving school huge s**** up. I drove my daughter to the location in full speed. We barely made it. My daughter was a total mess. She was crying as I drove to Maspeth and worried. During the road test the driver told my daughter to turn off the car and turn the car back on. At this time when my daughter turned on the key ignition vehicle she did not turn the key all the way. My daughter failed the road test. My car is push start button. I taught my daughter how to drive my car with the push start button and how to turn it off, but apparently ******* did not teach her how to turn on a key ignition car. He also never showed her how to turn off the car appropriately . She says that every time she was picked up for her ******s the car was always on and every time she was dropped off she never was given the opportunity to turn it off. ******* was always in a rush . No one ever showed her basic driving skills which are mandatory. How was she going to pass the test if the basic information was never taught to her? I am requesting that Ferrari Driving School give my daughter 3 free ******s, book the date for the road test exam and include the vehicle free of charge. I'm not paying again for something that I paid for and it was not taught! I would like ***************************** to be my daughter's instructor. Since I read his reviews.
