              We had a tub installed and about six months later we noticed that the chaulking was separating. We called the service number and were told that they would have someone come fix it. After about six months we called and were told they same thing. We have called and been called several times since then and each time were told the same thing. The install was completed in April 2023. The separation is getting bigger.

              Has Independent Home gone out of business? Two week ago I talked to a service person who said I would get my tub fixed as it is leaking. No call back. I have called 3 different times , 2 different numbers and still no answer. This is my 3rd problem with this tub in 1.5 years. What gives???? So sorry I ever bought this.
