              I applied and received a Business platinum card, the card advertised $400 a year in **** credit, $200 every 6 months. I immediately spent $1000 at **** following the receipt of the card just to later learn that I had to be enrolled first to receive the benefit. It was not clearly apparent and I feel it was dishonest. I called Amex and they were unwilling to assist.

              Worst company ever with the worst customer service ever! They would not lower my interest rate when I turned when I signed up with a credit management company and when I cancelled my credit cards with them they stopped my auto payments so that I would have to pay late fees and so that it would affect my credit and they would not reverse the fees and damage to my credit even though I caught it a few days after they didnt take my auto pay out! They kept giving me the run around when I called to find out why they cancelled my auto pay and kept me on the phone for 45 minutes trying to get this straightened out! Terrible company! I will never give them another chance!
