              The shipment was delivered today, and I haven't used the product... I can't because the product not only appears to be used, one of the air pods has a white, gunky substance at the spout... I cannot trust this product. It repulses me to think what else what could have been done to this order. I sent an email with more than ten (10) photos of the condition of the product, and exactly when (date and time) the photos were taken. The outside of the package had a nausea inducing, large black splotch of some unknown substance that was several inches long. There is no option to upload the photos here, or I would. I am a torture and abuse survivor, and this experience was harmful to my healing progress. It is poor reflection on human beings.

Regarding the Airpod; based on the photos you sent this seems to be glue or silicone residue. We would be happy to send you a new Airpod, please reply to our ************* team via email to get this resolved. Please be advised, we never ship out used products. All products shipped have never been used. Also, regarding the box, this happened during transportation. Unfortunately, we have no control over the package once it leaves our facility. Based on the rest of the photos you provided the TEMPTU Air and the rest of the Airpods were not damaged.Once again we apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to hearing from you to resolve this as soon as possible. Thank you,

              Non-existent customer service. My Pro Plus machine stopped working after 5 months. The airbrush gun that originally came was also defective and had to jump through hoops to get it replaced. The quality of their products is horrible and not worth $300, spend your money somewhere else.

              I have been a customer for over 6 years and was very satisfied up until the last year. The past two foundation pods that were sent in my automatic subscription were defective. The first occurred in December 2021 when it took weeks to receive. I tried calling customer service and was sent to an automatic line that said no on will be answering the phone due to Covid 19. I went through email and waited a week for a response and another week for a new product. This second experience has been even worse. I again received another defective pod with my automatic subscription. They still are not answering their phones, it took over 2 weeks for a response from customer service online after I complained again about no response. I was finally contacted by Lissette on 4/9 saying I will be receiving a replacement within the next 3-4 days. It is now April 26th and I have not received anything. I tried to open a ticket on their website and it tells me to contact customer service. I have dealt with many companies during the COVID-19 pandemic and none have been so unresponsive, unreliable and neglectful of their customers. I understand delay and pandemic delays but this is absolutely unacceptable, especially for a customer of my status.
