    I sold my used 2011 ******* to this dealership on 8/22/22. The General Sales Manager, ***********************, contacted me on the morning of 9/8/22 with 2 calls, a voicemail, and 2 texts within 2 hours stating that I sold him a car with a bad title and I need to contact him before he escalates the situation. As soon as I was able to respond about 30 minutes later, I called him. He told me that the title I gave to him has the incorrect mileage listed on it and that my parents are needed to come into the dealership and sign documents. My parents both live about 2 hours away in Albany so my mom offered for him to give her a call. **** stated to both me and my mother that he had been trying to back date the odometer statements which I then learned from the *** is fraud. While speaking to my mother he persisted to make threats against myself as well as her to call the police on me and have me arrested. I spoke with *** multiple times and they told me that it was most likely a typo on their part as the title stated ******* miles instead of 80k. They advised that it is an easy fix and that I would just need to bring the title in so they can give me a new one and that neither of my parents are involved. I made an appointment to do so. The morning of that appointment **** told my mother that he would need a driver to take me to *** in order to make the changes. I refused because I am a 22 y/o female and I do not feel safe getting into a car with a stranger for a 20 minute drive to the ***. He called the deal off and is insisting that I give him the money back that they paid me for the car as well as an extra $270 for a detail they authorized while the vehicle is in their possession. I had no knowledge of any work done as this is not my car anymore. I am told that I need to pick up the car by tomorrow 9/16 or he will hand it over to his legal department. **** has been harassing me and now my mother for a week now. We have done everything we could to help. All documentation is available

    I went into the seervice department today for an 11:30 appointment for an oil change. At I was told it would be about **************************************************************************************************** 15 minutes! I took my keys and walked out. This is the second time that this has happened at this location!My husband and I have owned Acura's for over 15 years, but will NEVER buy one again! The customer service is TERRIBLE in the service department. ***** has run the place down to the ground and it is a shame! DO NOT take your car into this service department!
