              Horrible customer service. Only provided one tracking number for 3 packages shipped with 2 different shippers. One of the packages was empty as they're shipping department never sealed the package and it fell out in transit and now that's my problem? Order placed on 12/31, paid $99.95, received empty package 1/9

              This place should be shut down! I sent a amp back bc it was no good, they told me they would send me out a new amp once the old one was returned. Waited weeks to get that one after numerous emails and them saying they were testing my amp and any other lie they could say. Well the new amp came (which was one they had worked on, and was not new) and that one didn't work at all, so I sent it back. Well now after almost 2 months I'm still waiting on a refund. I was told 3 to 5 business days. It's been almost 3 weeks after they recieved the second amp back and I still haven't received my money back. When I email them they take days to respond and just keep blowing me off saying my money is coming. I didn't know a return takes so long I think they are stealing people's money. Do not buy from rockville audio bc this is who you will have to deal with and they are liars and scammers. They should be shut down. Wish I could post all 30 emails where they are telling lies constantly!!
