Complaint: I would like to report unfair business practice.Address is *** ********* ********* **** ************ ***** ****** ****** ***** ********.On April **,2015 I had the sensor on my mazda 5 replaced.I paid $100.00 and was told to return because the computer to clear light on my dashboard was not working.I returned several times. First I was told to come back in an hour. Then I was told to return the next day. This went on and on.There were times that I stood in the front desk and was totally ignored and just had to leave and I dont know if they saw me or could care less.My husband has called several times and keeps getting the run around.On June **, 2015, my husband called and complained that I have been calling and showing up and that my light was still on.On June **, 2015 I was told to call someone in Astoria. I was given the number in Astoria. I called Juan in Astoria after several attempts and no callback.That phantom number or whatever it is, is ###-###-####.I dont know if you can help, but I probably have to pay someone else to do the job, but I want to let you know that this has been time consuming, endless trips to the station andUnfair.Thank you,***** ******I also have a receipt for the $100.00
Desired Settlement: Red Line needs to fix my sensor light as promised for the car or I will never be able to get my car inspected.
