Complaint: At 4:15 Am on 5/**/2013 I visited the store which was advertised as 24 hours open. The associate who refused his name but i was able to photograph offered me assistance. The associate then began to try to sell me tires of a different size. I informed the Associate that i did not require those sizes, but a differnt size. he told me im mechanic i know better, to which i replied i kow cars as well and as evidence showed him the door schedual which indicated the proper size, and psi. The associate was told by me the customer that i desired used tires, to which he said he only sells new tires. The Advertisement indicated used tires and open 24 hours a day. the associate after which told me he would take cash. i explained to him i had my card and would make my purchase as such. The company had indicated on its doors and in its advertisement they accept credit cards. The associate then told me he had to charge me for the tires before the sale. He began to swipe my card but before he did i asked him for my bill and estimate, to which he refused, then he began to write on a memo pad with no affiliation to the company the estimate. this comapny is fraud and should be meet with about its practices
Desired Settlement: I am requesting a phone call from the owner or a senior manager about this incident. i have documented evidence of the associate engaging in criminal activity and refusing to engage in proper business conduct and faile dto adhear to proper business protocol ###-###-####

In reference to charging the customer on his credit card, we tried and card did not work. Customer stated that we didn't want to provide a receipt or an estimate in writing is because the customer refuse to provide his information to our employee. Customer also stated that we advertize sales of used tires which we do, but unfortunatly we can not stock every single tire size that is in the market. At this time we apoligize for any inconvinience it has cause the customer in question. If any question please feel free to contact us with any concerns.
Better Business Bureau:
In response to the information provided, one the associate was informed that I wanted used tires for my truck, the second was the he continued to inform me they don't have used tires, yet I watched him service a can same size tires telling him in Spanish that he had used tires for him. While ** *****, is not familiar with me, I am fluent in Spanish and am very good at detecting lies. the machine did work because he told me two different prices if I gave him cash or charge, the difference was 100 dollars which is classified as extortion, so he changed his story to only tax. The associate told me that he would write the price down on paper forme to bring back, the paper was that of a sticky pad which indicated no company name, no identifying data, or anything binding to the agreed price. He did bring out an work order form which indicaqtes estimates on it then would not provide the actual prices on it . He acted as if he was hesitant because he would be providing a price unlawful to policy. The office warrant several indicators of interest for investigation. it should also reflect a negative review because te company has no proper leadership and all staff can not speak English during late shifts.
In order for the BBB to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.
BBB's Final Determination: After reviewing the information provided by all parties, BBB determined that the business handled the matter appropriately, and no further action was needed.
