Complaint: They advertise gutter cleaning for $39.95 and then jack up the price when they are there. They left debri all over the place, didn't clean the gutters nor did they clean everything out of the gutters. I had a roofing contractor over the day after they came and he said the gutters were full! They didn't even power wash the gutters and I was told that for $220 they should have clean up everything they did. Total scammers, and way over priced. They gave me a roof quote which was much more than it should have been. I will never do business with this company again and I hope nobody else falls into their trap!
Desired Settlement: I had to pay $30 to stop payment on the check and that's about all I'm paing them.
Business Response: We do several cleanings a year for $39.95. Every home is different so we would have to see it before a definite price is given. We understand that the customer is unhappy with the work that was done and for that I am sorry. We have not asked for payment and also had to pay #35.00 for the payment being stopped. This is not how we usually conduct business. A call to the office would have settled this. If there are any further questions please feel free to give us a call.
