BBB Customer Review Rating plus BBB Rating Overview
BBB Customer Reviews Rating represents the customers opinions of the business. The Customer Review Rating is based on the number of positive, neutral and negative customer reviews posted that are calculated to produce a score.
|Customer Review Experience||Value|
|Positive Review||5 points per review|
|Neutral Review||3 points per review|
|Negative Review||1 point per review|
BBB letter grades represent the BBB's opinion of the business. The BBB grade is based on BBB file information about the business. In some cases, a business' grade may be lowered if the BBB does not have sufficient information about the business despite BBB requests for that information from the business.
BBB Letter Grade Scale
Star Rating scale
BBB Customer Review Rating plus BBB Rating is not a guarantee of a business' reliability or performance, and BBB recommends that consumers consider a business' BBB Rating and Customer Review Rating in addition to all other available information about the business. If the BBB Rating is NR then only Customer Reviews are used for the Star Rating.

Complaint: We inquired and were granted a discount of 5% on the services rendered as a senior citizen discount ( age 92) The job was completed over two visits. The first visit was not credited for discount as the plumber was not given the authority to give the discount and the payment was due at the end of the day. The 2nd part of e job was completed 1 week later and the discount of 5% was given. Company was generous in giving another 5% discount because the plumber showed up 3 hours late ( 3pm for 12pm Appt)because of another customers emergency. I have contacted the business many times and was told the owner had to approve the discount. The business has told me they have taken care of the discount by applying a 10% discount to the 2nd bill. The first bill was $1,031.75 , 5% = $51.59. The 2nd bill was $339 and 5% was deducted for the senior discount $$16.95 an another 5% was deducted for the lateness of the plumber or $16.95 . The 5% credit due on the first bill is $51.59.
Desired Settlement: Credit for 5% of charge or $51.59 to my credit card
