Complaint: On 11/**/2014 *** from Petri performed plumbing services and sold me a Total Care Contract (I have the paperwork) for $299. This contract states that I am given "Priority Service, Guaranteed Response Time, Free Estimates along with $2,600 in coupons that "never expire" and a %15 service discount and $50 Loyalty Credit. I called on 12/**/2014 with an emergency at 7:15 pm (the boiler shut down). *****, the ******** said, "Uh, let me cal her." At 8 pm I called again reminding her about the contract and was told, "Ok, I'll call her (****, another ********,as it turns out)." At 8:30 pm I called back and got a machine so I left a message stating my info and emergency and that I had a contract. I froze that night, no one called with any information. At 6 am the next morning I called and spoke to ***** again and she promised that she "would reinforce" my emergency, whatever that means. There was no response. Two hours later I called and spoke to a new ********, ******, who didn't seem to know who I was, though he was polite. I told him to forget the service, I had an emergency plumber from another company to call for help. It turned out that the pilot light safety switch had burned through, this after *** had allegedly given my boiler a "check up" just weeks before. Where is my emergency guarantee, my loyalty credit or my coupons for that matter. They refuse to respond.

Desired Settlement: Since %15 percent was actually removed from my original bill, according to contract (the only thing that worked out well), I am only asking for a Total Care Contract refund of $245.00 to be mailed by check. As I have the written material as proof of the supposed guarantees of the contract, I will entertain a lawsuit to get the money returned if I must.
