            May 22,2021 called Dashing Dan because they claim they are trained experts in servicing my particular unit. They inspected the unit and said I needed 3 parts and it would cost $1493.60 of which they wanted $700 deposit. I gave the deposit and 6 days later they came and replaced the parts they said were needed for me to again have heat and hot water. The unit read an error - 16e’ -when they first inspected it on May 22 and after they installed the parts on May 27, the error still read ‘16e’ and I still have no heat no hot water. Then they said they wanted the balance due and said they are not responsible for not fixing the unit. Their reasoning is “they didn’t made the unit” !...and they further suggested perhaps I need another part- a compressor! No responsibility for not correcting the problem - and charging me for parts that were not needed - then wanting to further charge me for yet another part! This is an obvious fraud of serve.

            Called them come in to snake a drain , which then resulted in a pipe breaking causing a leak. When they came back to fix it , they then charged me AGAIN ! I was able negotiate a slight reduction . Additionally they cleaned up the main floor but not my basement area.
