Complaint: The product I ordered (a motherboard) was defective upon delivery. I asked the company to get an exchange, and was told to send it back. They did not provide a shipping label, so I had to pay almost $18 to send it back, on the **** of December. It has been hard to get anyone on the phone, and when I spoke to someone today, 1/**/15, they told me they didn't even know if they had received it or not.
Desired Settlement: I've been waiting close to a month to put my computer together. II would like an exchange for the same kind of motherboard, and if not possible, a refund.
