Complaint: The company provided me codes to redeem my order that would not work the first customer service rd me and toeferred to the outsside vendor which is a voicemail eventually someone contacted me and told me there was no problem. I have requested a refund since I did not recieve the product and the company will not respond to my request.

BBB contacted us by mail on 2/**/2015 in regards to a customer that purchased two items on 11-**-2014 for vouchers for Personalized Pet License ID Tags W/Collar IDs for a total of $23.90 and wanted a refund.

Customer had issue with redemption on partner's website and it appears the partner vendor was unable to resolve issue. 


On 2/**/2015, after learning of the customer service issue via the BBB letter, we made an attempt to contact the customer to rectify via email and by phone. There has been no response to either forms of contact. 


On 2/**/2015 Coupaw processed a refund for the full amount of $23.90 for customer with Transaction ID: **********


As of 2/**/2015, we've made a second attempt to contact customer and have had no response. We've made all efforts on our end to resolve matter, including a full refund, and several attempts to notify customer of refund.
