              I ordered a personalized baby blanket on January 31, 2023. While the order was shipped in a timely manner, the shipping with both ***** Smartpost and **** was a nightmare. Standard shipping using these method should take no longer than 7 days (I am aware of this as I am ******** Service Supervisor who deals with on-line orders). My delivery took 14 days. When I contacted ******** Service to request a shipping refund ($9.99), my customer service rep, flat out refused to refund the shipping cost stating they are small company and do not have a corporate office. You would think I was requesting a full refund. So I sent an email to from what I believe an owner and am still waiting for a reply. They clearly do not care about their customers. So I am using the best tool possible-word of mouth to encourage you not to order from them.
