            I called A. Palmieri Landscaping to purchase topsoil for a small garden area. I spoke to ****** who said they send someone out to determine how much topsoil was needed. On June 28th, ******* Palmieri came to my home and assessed that I need 2 yards, I asked if it wasn't too much and he said no. He told me to call when I am ready and provided a price of $165 plus tax ($45 per yard plus delivery). On July 26th, I paid for the order and scheduled the delivery for the next day. The 2 yards was twice as much as what was needed to fill the garden area. My driveway is blocked up with a yard of dirt I did not need nor want. I called to ask for them consideration to make this right. They are the experts who determined how much was needed. ******* Palmieri came to my home to see for himself, then left me a message instructing me to find places to put the dirt. He said he doesn't refund or come back for dirt and if he did it would take weeks and I would have to pay to have it picked up.

            They were really nice and helpful looking at first. But I'm not sure if the owner knows that his workers bale out the work do half the job and make unprofessional promises they can't keep. I'm going to have to quote the rest off what was not completed. The owner could get pretty rude while upset but I thought it was based on my satisfaction being that I am the paying customer.
