Business ProfileforJM Prime

I ordered a **** gaming laptop from Amazon, on 11/29 JM Prime was the reseller. On December 12th I received a package from JM Prime. Inside was a machete. Pictures included. I reached out to amazon and the reseller who asked me to send back the machete and they would credit me for the backpack plus the shipping cost since they could not send me a shipping label. On 12/16 I shipped the machete to them **** 2 day tracking # ****-*********************** The rma number provided by JM Prime was ******. The package arrived on 12/20. I did not get a response from the vendor. I submitted a dispute from ****. JM prime showed the pod as proof I received the package so **** rebilled me. I filed another dispute, same thing. **** rebilled me. I called amazon who told me I was credited for the charge on 12/16 which I have not. Amazon was unwilling to do anything for me. I have three **** charges and 2 credits on my account statement. I spoke to **** 3/21 who suggested I file a complaint.. I can provide my last three **** statements if needed which shows I was not credited . I can also provide the receipt from the **** if you need to see proof of the shipment
