Complaint: I went to their site to purchase envelopes and it says that the price starts at $19.95 per 50 for a back flap imprint. I then ordered 3 samples to see which envelope I wanted, received them, chose the one I wanted, which is #10 Square Flap Envelopes (4 1/8 x 9 1/2) — Anthracite Metallic. I was then brought to a layout page to enter in our address on the back flap and suddenly the price jumped to $78.95 per 50 envelopes. Thinking that this had to be a mistake, I called the company this morning and was told, "Oh you're right. That appears to be a mistake on the metallic envelopes, because the correct price is $78.95 per 50." This not only wasted my time, but it is a COMPLETE bait and switch. I have a screen capture of that page in case you want to see it.

Desired Settlement: They should have honored the listed price for me, because I was looking to purchase 150 envelopes, but there's NO WAY I'm paying $237 (or $1.58 each) for envelopes.

Business Response: The issue has been successfully resolved.  We realized that the pricing was in error on our web site, but the customer should have been allowed to purchase what he saw.  Our ******** ******* ******* reached out to him and we honored the price.  He placed the order and is very satisfied.

Complaint: Company refuses to refund my damaged order because it claims its policy is to only refund or correct complaints within 14 days.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! HUNG UP ON ME AND TALKED OVER ME THE ENTIRE TIME! WOULDNT EVEN LISTEN TO ME!!! CLAIMED THAT THE heat in Albuquerque in January MIGHT HAVE CAUSED THE ENVELOPES TO SEAL themselves!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!OFFERED ME TEN PERCENT OFF ON FUTURE ORDERS FOR A 5,000 ENVELOPE ORDER THAT IS PRETTY MUCH WORTHLESS. NICE

Desired Settlement: Refund of the purchase price of $323.95 or replace the 5,0000 envelopes with non-sealed ones.
