            I purchased a ******* from Value Electronics, on 12/22/2023. The ** was delivered and mounted on my cabinet. I gave the techs a personal check for $5800.08. The techs did not give me a receipt for the **. I emailed the business and was informed, that a receipt would be emailed to me. I have emailed the business two additional times, with no response. For warranty purposes, I need proof of purchase, from an authorized **** dealer. I am NOT looking to return the **. I just want a receipt, for the ** I purchased.

            I received a damaged OLED ** from Value Electronics. The owner promised me that the ** would be insured for its full value. These are his actual words: "Yes, we insure the delivery for the full value. " After the ** set arrived with a bent screen and a cracked frame with the inner components visible through the crack at the bottom, I contacted the owner to start an insurance claim. He was unresponsive to my request to make an insurance claim, so the burden fell on me to pursue the claim with the shipping company. After months of jumping through hoops with the freight carrier, I learned to my dismay that the business had failed to insure the ** as promised. I contacted the owner and he denied that he promised to insure the shipment for its full value.
