Complaint: Their websites shipping page said: "Orders that are received before 12:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day. If your order is placed after 12:00 PM EST the order will be shipped the following business day." I placed my order on a Thursday after 12:00 PM EST so my order should have been shipped on Friday. I contacted them on the following Monday to see why my order hadn't shipped yet. I was told that my order had indeed shipped on Friday and I was provided with the tracking information. I tracked the order several hours later to see the date my label was printed and it said Monday. So I was lied to about that. I contacted Stockn'Go again on Tuesday to see why I was lied to the previous day about when my order was shipped. She said that the order was imported into their system. I don't care when my order was imported into their system, the website shipping page promised shipping the following business day. They then referred me to look back at their website shipping policy. It now reads: "Orders that are received before 12:00 PM EST will be shipped within two business days." So somehow they didn't make a mistake because they changed the shipping time frame after the fact. The thing that irritates me the most about it is they would not admit a mistake on their part. I was told things like, "We apologize if you feel you were misled. " I don't feel like I was misled, it is a fact that I was misled. The website says one thing at the time I place an order and they change the verbiage several days later.
