BBB files indicate a pattern of complaints concerning customer service and fulfillment of services for iYogi, Inc. Numerous consumers are telling BBB about issues encountered after purchasing technical support services or merchandise from this company. Many of these consumers claim that they are unable to reach anyone from iYogi by telephone or online chat, despite multiple attempts to reach them, and that the company advertises they are available 24/7, 365 days. Some consumers that do interact with the company say that they are transferred to a different department and eventually hung up on without having their issues resolved. Consumers who say that they have a contract with the company claim they are not receiving any services they paid for and attempt to cancel the contract. Consumers that reportedly try to get a refund from the company for lack of services experience difficulty in obtaining them.
