Complaint: I have been harassed by this company for years now. They claim I owe the. A debt of $467.00 And have no information, reason or proof why. I called and spoke to the manager ******* who was very unprofessional Rude and insulting. She claimed the reason of debt was equipment but could not provide any detailed or basic information. I was placed on hold for 35 minutes while they looked for my file. They never found it and told me to wait for the report in the mail. I expressed how disappointed and unacceptable this all was thus far. I was called "baffled" and yelled at for not complying with her request to pay the debt. I asked to speak with a manager and she said that she was the manager. I then asked for her name and she replied " I will update all your information submit to the credit agencies of your debt and mail you the file once it has dried up from hurricane sandy" and then hung up on me! I feel sorry for anyone who has to come by this companies incompetence and disrespectful nature. I have also written to the FTC as I want this account/debt of 467.00 removed from my report.

Desired Settlement: Remove account/debt of $467 from the credit agencies.

First I want to apologize for the delay in responding to the complain. This office was a victim of Hurricane Sandy we had to dry out all of our files. I was hoping that ** ******** file would be located once all file were sorted through. There is still a lot to go through however in the practice of good business I do not want ** ********** to wait any longer, and I have requested that the credit bureaus remove any info from his report.
