Complaint: I purchased a 2007 BMW from Feder's Acura about a month ago and there's lights coming on saying it needs service, antifreeze, and it also says there's a transmission fault. When I call the dealership to ask them to fix it, they gave me another garage's number to go to because they said there's nothing they can do. They sold me a lemon car and I feel I'm now stuck with a car that's full of problems. I was taken advantage of because they knew something was wrong with the car and now that I have it, they want nothing more to do with it because every time I call the dealership, they say "I'm sorry, there's nothing we can do."

Desired Settlement: I would like to give the car back to them.

customer purchased a 2007 Bmw with 100835 miles on it.customer was informed that the vehicle is sold as is with no warranties expressed or implied because it has over 100000 miles. the vehicle was serviced in June 2013 as per the previous customer at a *** ********** in NJ with 96108 miles at the time.it had the maintenance performed including the transmission was serviced.we verified this with the dealership. customer signed all documents on delivery including the bill of sale which states no warranties expressed or implied.. customer called sales person on 11/*/2013 and said it had a vibration when driving over 70 mph. she brought vehicle in and it needed tires rebalanced which we did.. customer called sales person on 12/*/2013 to complain a light came on the dash. sales person explained to her we don't have a bmw computer to check it but we have a repair shop that we deal with that services European cars. salesperson gave her the phone number and even called the repair shop to let them know to check out the car. salesperson had called customer 6 times and she still did not bring car to them to have checked out.
