Complaint: I placed order on Feb **, 2014, *************** charged my credit card immediately. After that, no contact, no delivery, no shipping confirmation or information till Feb ****. And finally somebody pickuped the cs 800 number phone after I called multiple times and told me they will ship it immediately. It's ridiculous for no shipping and no explanation after 15 days. So I disputed credit card and cancel the order. BTW their customer service sounds very rude and careless. I asked them if they are not planning to fulfill orders why they charge my credit card immediately. It's a $1798 purchase. It's a possible fraud since not everybody review their credit card statement carefully.
Desired Settlement: want to pull awareness of the possible fraud activities the online merchant might conduct.

My name is *** ***** ****** and I am the ***** *** ********t of FreshAirPro. We have been in business for 10+ years and have NEVER had a compliant after thousands of sales. This customer was very impatient and was informed that the item was out of stock. When she called back some time later upset about the delay...we immediately refunded her card in full for the $1798....not a penny less.
Also, she made it sound like she called in to place the order and we charged her card right away. We did not take her order over then phone as she did not call in to place the order. She instead placed the order on her own from the privacy of her own computer. The second she wanted a refund, the refund was issued at that very moment. She was made whole right away.
Please find attached a screenshot which shows the refund in full. I respectfully request that BBB dismiss this frivolous complaint immediately. Thank you.
