back June **** they came and cleaned my system. they informed me my system had to be hooked up via interne, because comport is only one that an diagnose problems. Ordered part came in. they came a week after the part arrived, but the informed me mt inverter went so, and all covered under warrantee. Call when it came in. 3 months roll by and they disconnect solar panels in Nov. 2023 ad made numerous call ad left message's part is in. he .Calling 3 to 4 times a day. finally after 4 days **** answers phone and tells me he has bad news he had to lay off employee s that lived near me ding my job 3 days ago and he wil call back. Then a be leave his name is ** was taking over my case. he call same day telling me hat they would come and do warrantee work but wanted $1200.for them to come and finish job. I told him could not afford $1200.. he told me to try and find someone to do the job, and turned solar panels in June 2023. call him back. so i hired 1 he just laid off, the came hooked it up and turned panels back on in at2023. Then he told me it would cost me$ 649. for gas money to come out and do warrantee work which was hook up it to internet .another month of arguing with him he call and informed he he had it approved as warrantee work cost me would be nothing. The sent someone out who han no idea what he was doing and after walking around my house for 2 hours, he informed he could not do anything and was here to pick up a check. now when i cal them no ine not even office the mor office returns or answers phone and send ****
