Complaint: We hired Arbor Care to repair sprinklers. When the man to do the job named *****, arrived I asked the cost and was told $50 per hour. He worked for 5 1/2 hours. We received the invoice which stated a different per hour cost. After calling Arbor Care office and explaining the situation we were told someone by the name of ***** would call back. No one called and we received the same invoice again. We were leaving town for a couple weeks and wanted to pay the bill so my wife paid the bill with a note stating what we were told the cost was $50/hr and paid that amount. The check was cashed but we are now receiving statements with past due amount of $250. We ask for your help on this matter. Thank you for your time.

Desired Settlement: We would like the account to show it is paid in full with no futher past due invoices.

Business Response: This costumer was quoted $50/hr. for irrigation repairs. The company had a price change around the  time of this  specific repair. Arbor Care Inc. always stands by their quotes and apologizes for any inconvenience this has caused the costumer. This customer has an invoice that has been paid in full since May 20, 2013. We strive to keep all our costumers happy! Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused the costumer.
