              Paid $50 copay, Duke City Urgent Care refused to refill my prescription that I brought in with me, my initial reason for the visit was for an x-ray. They did not do either one and denied to service me, I asked for a refund at the front desk and they gave me a number for the billing dept. I called the billing dept and they said would talk to a supervisor and call me back but they never did. I went back to Duke City Urgent Care and they still refused to refund me. I made a complaint.

              I was referred recently to Duke City Urgent Care to have the wax covering my right ear drum removed. I experienced excruciating pain and blood coming out of my right ear. I requested a copy of Duke City's medical record. It was full of falsehoods. It said I tolerated the procedure well (I was screaming from the pain) and that there was no bleeding. I have the cotton ball that had been placed in my right ear after the procedure as well as a handkerchief I used at the time. Each has my blood on it. The medical record made mention only one their staff members as being involved whereas there had been five.
