            On June 23, 2021, I gave Gallup Transmissions the keys to my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and a $2,500 deposit on a $3,400 repair estimate. On June 28, 2021, I was contacted by Rick about further damage that my transmission had sustained. On June 30, 2021, I contacted Rick, and in that conversation was informed that he was waiting on last few parts to be delivered the following morning, then work would begin on my Jeep. On July 2, 2021, 3:30pm, I arrived at Gallup Transmissions to discover that assembly of my transmission had not even begun because of further parts that were going to be delivered later. To their credit, Rick and two techs spent 12 hours on July 3, 2021 working on my Jeep, only for it to not move when put in reverse. Another trip to Albuquerque and another rental car to drive back to Colorado. This is the last I've heard from them, and they are not answering their phone. I could have almost bought a new vehicle just in rental fees the delays from this company are costing.
