              On 4/13/21 I took my 2000 Subaru Forester to Delta tire to have the tires balanced, rotated, alignment check & an oil change. When it was finished the rep came & explained that one of my lugs was broken off my wheel. In short order he gave me as est. $569.01 to repair it. After a discussion with him & later in the day with the owner/mgr my position was-they broke it & they should repair it. Their position was-it was not their fault. The lug must have been defective & I would have to pay to have it repaired.

              worst place I have been to. I took two tires and wheels to have the tires put on that wheel. WOW turned out to be am mistake. They scraped the finish off the outside edge of the wheel . The manager came out and looked. An employee standing there told me to paint them. Why is an employee taking over the manager. The manager was very rude and acted like it was my fault. Then the mounting was not good either. I was taught that the dots on the tire were for balancing and that either the yellow dot or the red dot are to align With the valve stem. They did not do that either. The manager said those were for the factory. Not true they are for the professional tire man. At any rate they did a poor job and wanted make it my fault. I guess it was my fault for going to them. .
