We signed our contract on March 9th, 2001. We understood that there would be delays due to COVID, but from the start we had to initiate all communication surrounding construction phases, processes and phase completions. The work crews were outstanding, accommodating, professional, and meticulous. The project managers and office staff were never willing to either let us know in advance or tell us if there were delays- why -or etas regarding project. We are now down to getting our pool cover installed - deck plates for railing inserts - and finding out if railing has to be replaced. We have been waiting since December for these to be done and after paying almost the entire amount due for project do not hear anything from them without texting up to 10 times. We tried to hold off on phase 4 payment but owner said pool was operational (similar to a convertible car not having the retractable roof) and said we had to pay or they could put a lien on house. 2 weeks ago we were told that we would have an ETA on cover. I had to text about a week later to get update and have not heard from them since. I have copies of all texts to all relevant parties should they need to be provided. On the positive side the on-sight crews (when they are here) do a great job in work and communication. I will not give higher than a 1 Star because the company owner and management team have ruined this for us. We are at the point that we think it may not be done until May or June, We do not know because they will not initiate contacts
