            Greg from Hollywood Roofing did not comply with work he said would be done. We were told that all vents/locals would be replaced and NOT repainted. When Greg was questioned as to why he repainted locals he indicated that ALL piping needed to be replaced(because whoever did it did a bad job). Greg indicated he was going to do this himself but no one was home(but yet he just repainted it). Greg even indicated this needed to be done or our house could start on fire/burn down. Greg contacted R&R (because he we did not want him doing this because he wasn't licensed). Greg led us to believe this was going to be done when in fact he just asked them to replace the caps(we have documents for this). Several damage was done by his roofers as to which he put blame elsewhere and would not take accountability. Damage was done to our stucco upon installation. Greg tried to file a claim with our insurance saying we had moldy stucco. Insurance said that type of claim was not covered then he tried telling them it was an "improper installation". Insurance asked him if he was the one that installed to which he said "yes" insurance advised him then it was his fault and to file with his insurance. (which we told him SEVERAL times he did not have our authorization/approval due to this being negligence on his end). Roofers also punctured a hole to our pipe line for HVAC. Again, Greg blamed it on the installation of our HVAC being installed wrong. Greg never asked what type of system we had. Greg indicated that we wouldn't have to pay and that nothing was coming out of our pocket and would be contacting our contractor for the unit. Going on 6 days without HVAC we had to pay out of pocket and he denies this being his negligence. To this day he never contacted them, blaming them for the installation, Greg installed a diverter for rain that is not preventing rain correctly (have video). Greg will not take accountability for the damage caused by his company.

            **** was referred to me by a pleased customer. He was very prompt in getting me an estimate, as well as very pleasant & willing to work with me with a new roof and swamp cooler cost. He is a very polite, thorough & professional man and happy to please & offer the highest quality work. I have more work that I need completed in the future, and he will be the one who I hire again. His crew got the jobs done very efficiently & quickly, cleaned up everything when they were finished, and were also just as polite and professional. I highly recommend **** for your roofing needs, I am more than pleased and my new roof looks great & I am anxious to try out my new cooler! Well done ************ I am a very happy & satisfied customer, and will be a repeat customer.
