I was ignored, as well told to move aside so they may assist others.Context: I d******* on the side, received a notice for an order here, I circle around since the “curbside” pickup had parked cars. Walk in to the store, see no signs for D******* or mobile orders like other locations. I go to the quick fix area as this is what I do at the others, there is no order, everyone is cutting to be cashed out. I stand waiting to be acknowledged, woman by the name of ******* glanced at me up and down even made eye contact but went and asked the white couple next to me if they have been helped. They were and she went away. Cue in a white haired man, he approaches a register in front of me, asks if I have been help, state no, he then asks me to step aside so he may assist others. I tell him I’m just there for a D******* order he interrupts me and again tells me to move. I again fumbled my words that I was just there for an order, ******* apparently this time heard and yelled out what the name was, I tell it to her she goes and grabs it then plops it in front of me. I reached out to the store addressing the situation and received a very seemingly condensing and ignorant response from the store manager. He didn’t attempt to correct the matter just seemed like he was trying to gaslight me by stating he has “footage” that this “didn’t” occur. This whole encounter and even remembering it disgusts me.
